PRISON PROJECT
Dignity, Service, Transformation, Faith, and Relationships
Transforming Lives with Dignity and Hope

We empower incarcerated individuals and correctional staff through faith-based programs designed to foster personal transformation and a positive culture within correctional facilities.
Why We Do What We Do
Something Good Prison Project builds upon more than a decade of prison in-reach and relationship-building work conducted since 2014.
What began as a volunteer-driven effort by Joy Sparks will become a structured, sustainable nonprofit organization capable of expanding its impact through funding, strategic planning, consistent programming, and measurable outcomes.
The initiative will begin at Muskegon Correctional Facility (MCF) year 1 and subsequently expand to E.C. Brooks Correctional Facility (LRF) in years 2 and 3, serving both incarcerated individuals and correctional staff through intentional culture-change initiatives.
